a fantastic obscure record, whose tracks simply anticipate techno and generally electronic music of the early 70s, including kraftwerk’s milestone “autobahn”. the set provides some blending funk tunes driven by experimental electronic music, all with a heavy dramatic feel: the result is an unbelievable, unique and explosive library music lp, a collection of several tv synchronization themes. what we had is stunning drama cop scores and dark electronic moods, all surrounded by loads of fuzzy vibes and all that weird, industrial, futuristic synth fx and so on...

in ancient greek mythology, olympos was the living place of the twelve olympian gods and has inspired our limited series record label under the same name. olympos, will release a series of eps , with the figure of an olympian god, from various artists which will remain unannounced until the project is complete. kicking off the series is hephaestus, the god of fire and metal. dounai and lavein is an ancient greek phrase meaning give and take. a-side features lavein which is a broken beat, glitched up number, with a rather metallic timbre. resonances, filters, drums and arpeggiators arranged and programmed in style, resulting in a modern electronic piece with plenty of quirky, edgy vibes. on the flip side dounai is a melodious, esoteric and slow moving late night /after-hours affair, which expands slowly and steadily over a beautiful chord progression of lush strings and sparkling pads. a steady punctuated beat rolls smoothly throughout the track, completing this ep in a misty, hypnotizing and charming fashion. one copy per customer .

deep88 is back! here is a 7 track lp, music without any pretence, no silly fx or crazy compression/production tricks to take away from the music. just that 1988/1993 vibe with a slight balearic twist but some how avoiding to sound like a poor copy or dated. this last statement couldnt be any truer on this release. the vibe is carried through the whole ep with each consequent track then offering something a little bit different, some showing his balearic side and other tracks having a more house feel.
